HANDICAPHJÆLPER
Hos DHO- Din Hjælperordning går vi meget op i, at den rigtige hjælper bliver matchet med den rigtige borger. Det er vigtigt for alle parter, når man skal have et så tæt samarbejde. Hjælpere kommer meget tæt på borgerens liv og dagligdag, og indimellem bliver hjælpere en slags professionelle venner. Handicaphjælperjobbet er et enormt vigtigt hverv, som vi skal passe på, og derfor har vi valgt at alle vores medarbejdere er omfattet af BPA-handicaphjælper-overenskomsten mellem FOA og Dansk Erhverv Arbejdsgiver. På denne måde er du som hjælper sikret ordnede løn- og arbejdsforhold.
Hvis du ikke har erfaringer med jobbet som handicaphjælper, men kunne tænke dig at høre nærmere om det, så kontakt os bare, og så sætter vi dig i forbindelse med en hjælper hos os, som du kan snakke med – helt fortroligt. Hvis du har lyst til at blive handicaphjælper, men har brug for at spore dig ind på netop hvilken borger, du skal være hos, så kontakt os meget gerne.
BPA-ordning:
En BPA-ordning er skabt for at sikre, at mennesker med handicaps kan opnå en tilværelse med ligeså meget frihed og selvstændighed, som deres jævnaldrende uden handicaps. Læs mere om hvordan en BPA-ordning ville kunne hjælpe dig.

Hjælpemidler:
Ansatte i DHO gør en stor indsats for at hjælpe mennesker med handicaps til at få de rigtige hjælpemidler, så hverdagen forløber så gnidningsfrit som muligt. Læs mere om hvordan vi kan hjælpe dig her!
